Cancellation Policy

Virtual Appointments All consultations are conducted virtually via a secure online platform. A session link will be provided after booking. Booking & Intake All appointments require completion of the intake form prior to your session. This allows us to prepare thoughtfully and provide individualized care. Clients may indicate a practitioner preference. Tziporah primarily works with women, while her husband offers virtual consultations for male clients who prefer male-to-male care. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed if not completed within the allotted time. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be forfeited. Refunds – Single Sessions Sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund or may be applied toward a future session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed sessions are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled subject to availability. Refunds – Multi-Session Packages Partial refunds may be issued if a client cancels a package before completion. The refund will be calculated minus the value of any sessions already completed and any custom herbal products delivered. If a product has been shipped or provided, its value will be subtracted from any refund. Packages are valid for the program timeframe; unused sessions beyond that period are forfeited unless prior arrangements are made. Session Scope Consultations provide educational and wellness guidance tailored to your needs. They do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Clients are encouraged to work alongside their healthcare providers as appropriate. Follow-Up & Support Follow-up emails may be provided for clarification of guidance discussed during your session. Ongoing support beyond the session may require additional booking. Family-Centered Approach Rooted Remedies is a family-run wellness practice. While the focus is supporting women, we also serve men through virtual consultations with Tziporah’s husband, ensuring comfort, discretion, and a values-aligned experience.
