We ship exclusively via USPS Priority Mail for reliable, tracked delivery you can count on. This method offers:

  • Estimated 1–3 business day delivery

  • Full tracking on all shipments

  • Up to $100 insurance included with Priority Mail

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

📦 Packaging

All orders are packed securely using clean, protective materials to keep your teas, tinctures, and herbal goods safe during transit. We prioritize eco-friendly packaging whenever possible and ensure every box is sealed with care.

💵 Shipping Costs

We believe in simple, transparent pricing:

  • Orders under $100: Flat rate of $10.00 (US ONLY)

  • Orders $100 and above: FREE SHIPPING (US ONLY)

Your shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total.

⏱️ Processing & Delivery Time

  • Processing: Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days

  • Delivery: USPS Priority Mail generally delivers within 1–3 business days after shipment, depending on your location

  • Total Timeline: Most customers receive their orders within 3–6 business days from order placement

We currently ship within the United States and Israel. For international shipping inquiries beyond Israel, please contact us directly at info@tryrootedremedies.com.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Rooted Remedies Herbal Apothecary, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make it right.

✅ Returns for Refund

We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unopened and in their original packaging

  • Products must be in resalable condition

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
     

⚠️ Health & Safety Notice

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened herbal products, including teas, tinctures, and consumable items. We appreciate your understanding as we maintain the highest standards for product integrity.
 

🔄 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in preparing every order, but if something arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll gladly provide:

  • A replacement of the damaged or incorrect item

  • Store credit for future purchases

  • Or a full refund, depending on your preference

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange

  • Reason for the return or exchange

  • Photos (if the product arrived damaged or incorrect)

We'll respond promptly with return authorization and detailed instructions for your specific situation.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
